• Centre Management

  Palms Shopping is located in the heart of Coffs Harbour on Harbour Drive.
  
  
  
  Find the Centre Management office on Level 3, near the Car Park.

• Parking

  The most convenient Parking for Palms Shopping is the multideck carpark on the corner of Castle Street and Vernon Street. Parking times in in this carpark range from 1 hour to all day parking. The top level of this carpark links to Palms Shopping rooftop carpark where you can park all day. The lifts are accessible from the rooftop and will provide easy access to Palms Shopping .
  

• Disability Access

  The disabled toilet is located on Level 2.
  
  
  
  The toilet is accessible with a Nationally recognised MLAK key. MLAK keys are available from the Centre Management Office on Level 3 for a refundable $10.00. A wheelchair is available for customer use from the Security office located on Level 1.

  A parent's room is located on Level 2.

• Internet Facilities

  Internet access is available at Hi-Speed Internet on Level 1.
