Coffs local wins brand new car!
Palms Shopping and the City Centre Retailers have been offering lucky shoppers the chance to Love Your City Centre and Win a Nissan Micra for the last 20 weeks and last Saturday a dream came true for Karen Downie from Korora!
The 20 weekly winners gathered at Palms Shopping to see if they held the winning key that would start the cute Nissan Micra. Fun and fashion was the flavour of the day with the latest fashion trends showcased in a fashion parade from Nik and She, Evolve Clothing Co, Coopers, Ice Design and Just Jeans.
“The anticipation was amazing as weekly winner after winner tried their key in the ignition with no luck” said Caroline Bleechmore, Marketing Manager, Palms Shopping “then Weekly Winner 17 Karen Downie turned her key and the engine started to her and the crowd’s great delight. The Nissan Micra from Bellbowrie Motors is valued at $18,420 including on road costs”.
The 20 week promotion with a total prize pool inexcess of $28,000 has seen over 25,000 entries from shoppers who simply spent $10 or more at any participating Palms Shopping or City Centre retailer. 19 out of 20 weekly winners were locals and 18 out 20 winners were ladies!
