There are range of services designed to add to your shopping experience at Palms Shopping Centre.

Parking Information – The most convenient Parking for Palms Shopping and the CBD is the multideck carpark on the corner of Castle Street and Vernon Street. Parking times in in this carpark range from 1 hour to all day parking. The top level of this carpark links to Palms Shopping rooftop carpark where you can park all day. The lifts are accessible from the rooftop and will provide easy access to Palms Shopping and the CBD.

Parents Rooms - The parents room is located on level 2

Disabled Facilities - The disabled toilet is located on level 2. The toilet is accessible with a Nationally recognised MLAK key. MLAK keys are available from the Centre Management Office on level 3 for a refundable $10.00. A wheelchair is available for customer use from the Centre Management office on level 3. To reserve please call 6651 1629.

Centre Directory - Palms Shopping, Coffs Harbour City Council and CBD Retailers have jointly produced a Coffs City Centre Shopping and Services Guide. This directory is available from any Palms Shopping, CBD retailer or Palms Shopping Centre Management Office

Taxi Service - The CBD taxi rank is located in Vernon Street, approximatley 50metres from Palms Shopping main entrance

Banks & ATMs - A Suncorp Metway branch is located on the ground floor of Palms Shopping. A Commonwealth Bank ATM and a RediTeller ATM are located on the  ground floor. 
 

Lost Property - Any lost & found will be delivered to Palms Centre Management Office. If you have lost or found anything, please contact us on 6651 1629
