Terms and Conditions
1. Be delighted this Easter and win one of ten Fresh Food Hampers
2. Entry to the competition is open to all persons except employees of AMP Shopping Centres Pty Limited and their immediate family, tenants and their staff of Palms Shopping, Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its directors.
3. All entries are to be on an original entry form. No photocopies will be permitted.
4. Entry form flyers were delivered to 10,000 homes on 20/21 March 2010.
5. The prize is one of ten Easter Hampers valued at approx $150.
6. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
7. The competition commences on Tuesday 23rd March. To enter shoppers must complete the entry form and place the entry in the Barrel at the base of the Travelator.
8. Entries will close at 4pm on Thursday 1st April 2010.
9. The prize draws will take place at the Base of the Travelator, Palms Shopping,
10. Prize draws will take place daily after 4pm and the winners will be contacted by phone or mail.
11. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions.
12. Proof of identity will be required when claiming prizes.
13. Claiming of the prize is consent to use your name, address and photograph for promotional and marketing and publicity purposes.
14. Entrant’s consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies. Please contact the promoter if you later wish to correct information it holds.
15. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
