Love Your City Centre and Win a Nissan Micra!

Terms and Conditions:
1. Entry to the competition is open to all persons except employees of AMP Shopping Centres Pty Limited and their immediate family, tenants and their staff of Palms Shopping, the proprietors of participating Coffs Harbour City Centre retailers and their staff, staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this promotion including Bellbowrie Motors. Tenants means Lessees, Licensees and in the case of a corporation, its directors.
2. The prize is: First Prize: 1 x Nissan Micra valued at $18,240, Weekly Prizes: 20 x $500 worth of retail products from Palms Shopping and Coffs Harbour Business District retailers. First Prize includes: 1 x Nissan Micra motor vehicle from Bellbowrie Motors of the winners colour choice. Dealer and statutory government charges, and one year’s registration, compulsory 3rd party insurance [CTP] are included. All other insurance expenses are the responsibility of the winner. The vehicle will be delivered to the winner within 45 days. Bellbowrie Motors will not provide a substitute model or exchange the vehicle for cash. Vehicle prize must be registered prior to collection. Second Prize includes: 20 x $500 prize packs including products and services from participating retailers total value $10,000 plus the right to attend the Major Prize Draw for the chance to win the Major Prize.

3. The recommended retail value of the total prize pool is $28,240 and is correct at the time of publication. The prize value may change or vary. The promoter agrees to provide the prize.
4. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable.
5. The prize is only available through First Prize: Bellbowrie Motors. Weekly Prizes: Palms Shopping.
6. The competition commences on 1 March 2008 at 8.30am and entries close 12.59pm 17 July 2008 with the Major Draw being held at 10.00am 19 July 2008. To enter shopper must spend $10 or more at any participating specialty store in Palms Shopping and the Coffs Harbour City Centre to obtain an entry form. Entries must be placed in the entry barrel located at the Nissan Micra display at Palms Shopping.
7. The prize draw will take place in the Town Square, Harbour Drive Coffs Harbour Weeks, 1,2,3,4,5,7,9,11,13,15, 17, 1 and at Centre Court Palms Shopping Weeks 6,8,10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, at 1.00pm on each Thursday from 6 March to 17 July inclusive. The entry barrel will be cleared at the completion of each weekly draw and reopen at 2.00pm each Thursday. The Major Prize Draw will take place at Centre Court Palms Shopping at 10.00am on Saturday 19 July 2008.
8. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions.
9. The first complete entry drawn will be judged the winner of each weekly prize draw and no further correspondence will be entered into.
10. 20 x 20 weekly winners will then be eligible to enter the Major Prize Draw and each winner will select a key at random from the key barrel. The Major Prize Draw winner will be the key that turns the Nissan Micra on.
11. An entry form is invalid if illegible, forged, incomplete or is a copy of the official entry form.
12. Proof of identity will be required when claiming prizes.
13. Claiming of the prize is consent to use your name, address and photograph for promotional and marketing and publicity purposes. The prize winner’s name will be published on the Palms Shopping website from Tuesday 22 July 2008.
14. Entrant’s consent is given to the promoter for holding, using and disclosing information about entrants for the research, marketing and promotional purposes of the promoter and its related companies. Please contact the promoter if you later wish to correct information it holds.
15. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
